All entries in the admission form should be made correctly and in Block letters as no changes will be possible later on. Requirements Kindly bring a demand draft of Rs. 12,000 /- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Only) favoring St. Joseph’s Kindergarten along with the documents mentioned below:- Original Birth Certificate Attested Copy of Birth Certificate Two Passport size Photographs 1 Photograph of guardian for guardian card.
